Earlier this year, I left everything behind in NYC — my band, job, relationship, and family — to embark on a solo journey across Asia. Now, I'm traveling through this incredible continent, seeking ancient yogic wisdom. My goal is to gather as much knowledge and experience of traditional wellness practices as possible and bring these therapeutic tools back home to heal my chaotic city.
